Woodward ST-125 Control System

The Woodward ST-125 control system designed in cooperation with Stanadyne, The system provides an easy solution for isochronous control of the Stanadyne DB-4 series fuel pump. The system includes an integrated actuator and a separate analog speed control that operates on 12 or 24 Vdc. This high performance control offers 13 switch selectable frequency ranges and external run/stop capabilities for flexible and precise application on a variety of engines. The ST-125 system retains the original Stanadyne overspeed safety, providing the user with easy installation and improved reliability.

Nowadays, the ST-125 is no longer manufactured and Coltrading offers the Woodward L-series speed controller retrofit kit. The kit is used as a functional replacement for the ST-125 Speed Control. The controller and the actuator are now integrated into one unit. Furthermore, the new L-Series speed control was designed with many new features and functions that are not yet built into the ST-125.

Retrofit kit 8923-1253 contains all the necessary hardware to convert the hardware. The Setup Tool Lseries CTE-III is needed to perform the calibration on the pump via USB laptop connection.
